Levels

If you have never played padel or any other racket sport before and would like to start padel training, we offer you two options.

Beginner’s course – Depending on demand, we organize a 2-hour training session a few times a month on Saturdays for players who have never held a racket before and are not familiar with the rules. During the training, we introduce the rules, review the basic strokes and techniques, and let you play a little so that you can gain experience in the game. By the end of the training, the player should know how points are counted, how the racket should be held, where to position yourself during the game, and how to hit the ball.

Beginner’s group training – Weekly group training sessions for players who have never played a racket sport before. To join the beginner-level training, the player must have participated in our course or played padel a few times on their own and know the rules. The ball does not have to stay in play, but the ball should be hit at a leisurely pace.

You have played a little padel and/or tennis before. You know the rules and can hit the ball over the net. You still need help with the glass bounce and the coach would need to explain a little bit about the tactical side.

You have a lot of previous experience in tennis or other racket sports or have already played several dozen games of padel independently, you know how to behave in a game situation and are able to make tactical decisions. You can handle the glass bounce, but the bandeja could be lower and the corner glasses easier. You need to use the lifts more effectively and place the ball a little better.

You know all the elements, bandejas and corner kicks come out sometimes. You also participate in tournaments from time to time. You need a little help with honing your technical and tactical knowledge.
